When ordering your pack of goodies, you must first select the product, carefully read through the specifications, fill in your personal details, that includes an accurate shipping address, and pay in full. Although we strive for accuracy, there are chances of errors in product descriptions or pricing errors. In such an instance, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment and Delivery
We accept credit and debit cards, and other approved payment methods as mentioned on the website. If you use a third-party payment processor during checkout, you will also be subject to their terms and conditions and reviewing those is your sole responsibility. You agree to be responsible for all charges made using your account, credit card, debit card or other payment methods. This includes any applicable taxes. It is crucial to note that your order will not be processed until payment is authorised.
Although we aim for speedy delivery, the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. However, we will keep you updated by sending confirmation along with tracking information as soon as we ship your order so you can know where your order is in real-time.
Returns and Refunds
Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns for a refund on any opened products, or due to change of mind unless there is a product fault, incorrectly supplied or it was received damaged. Proof of purchase is required.
Caring for Chocolate- Please keep out of direct sunlight and in a cool location, ideally 15 to 21 degrees celsius. We want you to enjoy your chocolates, so please ensure they are stored at optimum temperature.
If you wish to start a return process, get in touch with our representatives quoting your order number via hello@chocolatesandlollies.com.au within twenty-four hours of receiving the order.
If your parcel has melted or you are unhappy with the quality, we may ask you to supply a photo to support your returns claim.
